C. Files and Content Opened in Nimble Viewer
Supported files that You open in Nimble Viewer are processed locally on your device as part of the application's normal review workflow.
As part of normal local use, the Company does not automatically receive the contents of the files You open in Nimble Viewer, the local cache files created by Nimble Viewer, or the local session state stored by Nimble Viewer.
D. Information Nimble Viewer Does Not Automatically Collect for Normal Local Review
Nimble Viewer is not designed as a hosted web platform for routine in-app data collection. In normal local use of the desktop application:
Nimble Viewer does not require a user account to open local supported files
Nimble Viewer does not use browser cookies to perform local file review inside the desktop application
Nimble Viewer does not automatically upload the contents of files you open as part of standard local review
Nimble Viewer does not use in-app targeted advertising for the desktop review workflow
E. Website and Page Usage Data
If You visit Nimble Viewer-related website, download, documentation, or support pages, We may collect Usage Data relating to those website interactions.

Local cache snapshots created for faster reopen may be cleared through the application's cache-clearing functionality where available.
